At Corbett Step, we strive to provide a smooth booking experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the booking date may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations made within 3–7 days of the booking may incur cancellation charges.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe. Certain bookings, promotional offers, or discounted packages may be non-refundable.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Payment Method

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the property or service without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Third-Party Bookings

If you have booked through third-party platforms, their cancellation and refund policies may apply.
