Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe. Certain bookings, promotional offers, or discounted packages may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Failure to arrive at the property or service without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
